Actor Ali Fazal took to Instagram on Saturday to express frustration over an ongoing delivery issue with DHL, stating that repeated requests for KYC submission have prevented an important package from reaching his grandmother for two weeks. In a strongly worded Story, Ali shared that despite multiple calls from DHL representatives asking him to upload documents, he has been unable to do so because, according to him, the company’s website is not functioning.

He wrote that every time he informed the representatives about the issue, he received the same responses — first being advised to “try after sometime”, and then being told to switch his phone “off and on” to see if the website worked. Highlighting the repeated nature of this exchange, Ali added that he even jokingly responded that he had switched off “the house switchboard” as well, implying the advice was unhelpful.

Tagging @dhlexpressindia, he stated that the delay was affecting the delivery of a medicine package meant for his grandmother, emphasising the seriousness of the situation. “This is how they keep it from reaching,” he wrote, stressing that the shipment had already been held up for nearly two weeks.

Ali’s Story has caught public attention due to the personal nature of the concern and the urgency surrounding a medicine delivery. As of now, DHL has not publicly responded to the actor’s complaint.
