Akshay Kumar was among the first ones to come out on Wednesday morning to cast his vote in the Assemble elections for Maharashtra that began today. Polling began at 7 a.m.
The actor was seen dressed in a black shirt and beige trousers as he arrived at the polling station. In a video shared by the paparazzi on Instagram, Akshay can be seen stepping out of his car as he walked towards the poll booth. He was also seen interacting with the shutterbugs present at the location.
Post casting his vote, he also interacted with the photographers. “The arrangements here are very good as I can see that arrangements for senior citizens are very good and cleanliness has been maintained,” said the Sooryavanshi star.
Voting began at 7 am on Wednesday for the single-phase of Maharashtra Assembly elections and will conclude at 6 pm. Polling is taking place across 288 assembly constituencies.
