As per the latest reports, Ajay Devgn has leased a commercial property in Andheri, Mumbai, to Kabir Khan, as per Square Yards. The director would pay Rs 7 lakh a month for the said property. The lease and license pact was inked this September 2024.
The stamp duty paid for the transaction was reportedly Rs. 1.12 lakh. The commercial estate is in Signature Tower, Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara, and measures 3,455 sq. ft. along with three parking slots. The lease agreement, finalized with a deposit of Rs. 30 lakh, is for 60 months.
The actor and his wife Kajol have several properties in Signature Tower. According to Business Today, the Singham star purchased five units in Andheri West for Rs. 45.09 crore this April, two years after buying a 474.4 sq. mt. home in Juhu for Rs. 47.5 crore.
On the work front, Ajay has two projects lined up. He will star next in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again alongside Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff. The action bonanza releases around Diwali 2024.
