Ahaan Panday, cousin of Ananya Panday is all set to make his Bollywood debut with superstar Ajay Devgn in an upcoming project by Yash Raj Films. Recently Ajay Devgn was alleged to sign his first ever movie with YRF, following to it newbie Ahaan has also been roped in the film. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the film shall be a part of ‘YRF Project 50’, which is a celebration of the production house completing its 50 years in the industry. Where a lot of filmjs have made it this project like Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan, Vicky Kaushal’s comedy film, Ajay Devgn’s super-hero based film has also bagged in which will be directed by debutant Shiv Rawail.
In a report by Bollywood Hungama a source revealed, “It’s true that Ahaan Panday and Ajay Devgn will be seen together. Ajay plays the antagonist in this film that promises to be a visually grand and exciting affair. It’ll be a part of a superhero series and every part will have a new villain. In the first instalment, it’s Ajay who will play the baddie.” Producer Aditya Chopra is said to have faith in Ahaan’s talent and even trusts Shiv Rawail as a debut director.
Ajay Devgn has been playing versatile roles in his acting years, but being in a negative role is not always his forte. For Ahaan Panday, the film is a huge opportunity and it would be interesting to see if he does justice to his character and is able to pull off well.
