Sushant Singh Rajput,34, left us for his heavenly abode last Sunday, June 14. He was found dead in his apartment by the police and forensic reports confirmed the cause of death as hanging. The police are not leaving any stone unturned in investigating to find out the reason, which led the actor to take such a drastic step, including professional rivalry.
Some fans as well as celebrities have also urged for a CBI investigation in the case. The social media has been vocal on the death of Sushant and everyone has their own theories. While investigating the case, police looked it through multiple angles, but the final post mortem report was quite expected.
The final post mortem report which has been analyzed by a team of five doctors has confirmed that the actor has died of asphyxia as a result of hanging. In the meantime, the Mumbai police sent a letter to the DG Forensics asking for the viscera report, which will make things clearer. The report also revealed that there are no signs of foul play involved in the late actor’s death and ruled out strangulation.
Until now, statements of 23 people have been recorded by the Mumbai Police concerning Sushant’s case, which includes actor’s rumored girlfriend Rhea Chakravorty, his father and close friends.
