Bigg Boss OTT 2 fame Elvish Yadav is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. A complaint has been filed by YouTuber Maxtern against Elvish for allegedly assaulting him. The Gurugram police booked a complaint against Elvish. Many videos and photos have been going viral of the incident that occurred on Friday at a shopping mall in Gurugram’s sector 53.
Recently, Elvish Yadav shared a video on Instagram, sharing his side of the story. The YouTuber stated how he had been proven guilty by the masses even before his trial and prior knowledge of the story. He said how Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern provoked Elvish to a state when he raised his hand on the YouTuber. As Elvish’s side of the story went viral, he heaped praises from the fans.

Sagar Thakur stated in his complaint that, “Elvish Yadav tried to broke my spine so that I will become physically disabled. All 8-10 people came at 12:30 AM and on 8th March 2024, Elvish Yadav before leaving threatened to kill me and I was almost unconscious.”
The Gurugram police have charged IPC section 147 (punishment for rioting), section 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), section 149 (unlawful assembly) and section 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) on Elvish Yadav.
