Student of The Year actor Aditya Seal’s father, Ravi Seal, passed away on 18th September, due to Coronavirus. Aditya’s father was admitted to the hospital on 6th September, after his reports for COVID came to be positive. After 2 days of being at the hospital, he was shifted to a nursing home two days later on 8th September.
According to TOI, Aditya’s close friend who confirmed the news was quoted saying, “Ravi uncle tested COVID-19 positive on September 6, and was admitted to a nursing home on September 8. After that, he was moved to a medical facility, specially meant for COVID19 treatment, in Andheri. However, Ravi uncle passed away in the morning on September 18, which has left the entire family devastated.”
Ravi Seal has produced and acted in multiple Garhwali Films a few years ago. This allowed him to play an important role in moulding Aditya’s career. In the last few days, Aditya was making sure to get the idle work-life balance and be able to take care of his father as well. Aditya still remains to be unavailable for any comment on his dad’s demise. Few days ago, he shared a picture with his father while sitting in the balcony.

On the work front, Aditya will be next seen in Indoo Ki Jawani, opposite to Kiara Advani. The movie will revolve around dating apps and will be a modern day love story. Other than this, he will be seen in Anamika, which is a four part films, directed by Priyadarshini. The story is named as Forbidden Love and has four parts namely – “Diagnosis Of Love”, “Rules Of The Game”, “Anamika” and “Arranged Marriage”.
