Actor Kamal Rashid Khan has always been in the headlines due to his vague statements. He is again in debate, this time actor Manoj Bajpayee has filed a defamation case against him in the Indore District Court. In the past, KRK had made many derogative tweets against Manoj Bajpayee. The actor deemed it an attempt to taint his image.
Earlier Salman Khan has also filed a defamation case against KRK. Manoj Bajpayee himself arrived in Indore on Tuesday and filed a defamation case against KRK through his lawyer Paresh Joshi. Considering this matter, Advocate Joshi told that in the past also KRK has been giving derogative statements against many superstars. When KRK started writing against Manoj Bajpayee on Twitter, he got upset and agreed on filing a defamation case.
Manoj Bajpayee taped his statement in presence of the judge. From what Manoj did, a complaint was submitted in front of the First Class Judge of the District Court given a tweet and a request has been made to record the offense of defamation under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code. He has claimed that on July 26, KRK had made numerous tweets about him on social media, in which all web series of Manoj Bajpayee was called soft porn.
Along with this, harsh words were also used against the actor. Manoj Bajpayee claims that this tweet of KRK degraded his image among the fans.
