Actor Hrithik Roshan won’t be seen making a OTT debut anytime soon?

Hrithik Roshan has last minute back out of the Hindi adaptation of British mini-series The Night Manager.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan who was supposed to make his digital debut through Disney+Hotstar has backed out at the last minute. As per the reports Hrithik hasn’t disclosed any specific reason for this last moment decision. Apparently in August 2020 during the lockdown, Hrithik has received an offer for Hindi adaptation of the British mini-series The Night Manager. 

Further, the actor was going to be paid a huge sum of Rs.75 crore for the series. Every other necessary formalities were done and shooting was going to commence in March. However, the reports suggest that the actor has pulled out of the project at the last minute. 

While there has been no official confirmation yet, reports state that Hrithik was uncomfortable with the long schedules and had date problems. Therefore the shoot of the series now stands cancelled and reportedly the crew of the film is not happy with the latest developments.

One speculation is that the actor wasn’t comfortable with the busy schedule of the series. He was already packed with his upcoming due to which he took such a decision.
