Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh questioned Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the forensic team. Vikas said that Sudhir was the person who informed him that it is a sure case of homicide by strangulation.
SSR was found dead on June 14. There were many ups and downs in the investigation in SSR’s death case. AIIMS panel report stated that it was suicide and have cut out the angle of murder. Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Vikas Singh continuously raised questions against the report submitted to CBI by AIIMS. Vikas has also sent letters to the CBI asking them questions om the AIIMS panel report. Last week, Dr.Sudhir Gupta head of the forensic team stated on national television that it’s a case of suicide and completely ruled our suicide angle.
He said that “There were no injuries on the body other than of hanging. There were no marks of struggle/scuffle on the body and clothes of the deceased”. This caused confusion and questions for SSR’S fans and family. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) dismissed Gupta’s tapes.
Vikas Singh has made some revelation about the doctor and said, “Dr. Sudhir Gupta has taken a complete U-turn. He was the same doctor who confirmed to me that this is a 200 percent case of strangulation. I had not revealed his name earlier when I had made the claim but it was he who told me that it’s a clear case of murder. Now, he has completely changed his stand and we have expressed our disappointment in a letter to the CBI. I don’t know if the doctor is being pressurized by anyone, but the family too demands another fresh forensic examination to be conducted by a different team”.
