A few days back, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case. They said that his cause of death was suicide, not murder. As reported by Deccan Chronicle, “The family is not very satisfied with the latest development and has filed a complaint against AIIMS doctors for alleging leaking Sushant’s forensic analysis report and alleged that he died by suicide. The complaint mentioned the professional misconduct on the part of the doctor.”
Varun Singh, lawyer of Sushant’s family, has requested for a fresh panel of AIIMS doctor who can look into the medical aspect of Sushant’s death all over again. The lawyer stated that “Despite asking for a copy of the report, there has been no response. The head of the forensic team was not submitting a post-mortem report but was only expressing an opinion on the findings of Cooper Hospital, which conducted the autopsy.”
ANI, the news agency, reported that the lawyer said, “Written to CBI Director to constitute a fresh forensic team to look into reports prepared by Cooper Hospital and & to give an opinion as to whether the opinion by Cooper Hospital can be sustained or not or whether the death can be said by hanging or to be said by murder or strangulation.”
