Dharma Productions ex-employee Kshitij Prasad’s judicial custody to extend till 6th October

Kshitij Prasad, Dharma Productions former executive producer, was earlier sent in judicial custody till 3rd October but now it got extended till 6th October.

Kshitij Ravi Prasad was earlier sent in judicial custody till 3rd October. He is the former executive producer of Dharma Productions. Now the custody has been extended till 6th October.

Narcotics Control Bureau is investigating the Bollywood’s drug nexus case and it witnessed another major development as Kshitij Ravi Prasad was earlier in custody till 3rd October. The decision came after the NCB had produced him before the Special NDPS Court today.


Kshitij was interrogated for a couple of days and later he was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the Bollywood drugs nexus case on 26th September. The agency had raided his Versova residence in Mumbai and found a small quantity of weed after which he was arrested. Rakul Preet Singh was interrogated by the NCB where she mentioned that Kshitij used to supply drugs to high profile celebrities in the industry.

When Kshitij’s case brought Dharma Productions on the radar, Karan Johar said, “ Mr. Prasad joined Dharmatic Entertainment, a company linked to Dharma Productions, in November 2019 as one of the executive producers on contract basis for a project which eventually did not materialize. Neither I nor Dharma Productions can be made responsible for what people do in their personal lives. These allegations do not pertain to Dharma Productions.”
