Recently, Munawar shared a glimpse into his journey with the housemates, as seen in the circulating internet video clip. In this clip, he reveals how he discovered comedy as a career and what inspired him to choose this profession.
In the video clip, he was asked if he always dreamed of becoming a comedian, but Munawar denied it and shared that he was an average kid. When asked what made him start as a comedian, he shared, “At the end of 2018, I saw a stand-up comedian in a mall and went to greet him. However, I couldn’t take a picture with him.” He then shared that he was clueless and he wanted that photo with that comedian.
Continuing, he said, “Woh andar chla gya and jab Maine ticket price dekha and socha Rs 500 comedy ka kon deta hai.” He then further shared that this was when he got to know about his platform called open mic. He further explained, “When starting, Mein 4 hours travel karta tha to the cafe from my town just to perform a 4-minute stand-up.
