Zota Health Care Limited, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, has reported a robust revenue growth of 83.86% year-on-year for the financial year 2026. The company’s consolidated revenues surged to ₹53,865.75 lakhs, compared to ₹29,297.48 lakhs in the previous year.
The company’s gross profit also saw a significant increase, reaching ₹32,468.90 lakhs, up from ₹15,567.13 lakhs in FY25, marking a year-on-year growth of 108.57%. This growth was supported by an improved scale, with the gross margin expanding by 714 basis points to 60.28%.
Zota Health Care’s consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹2,597.73 lakhs for the year. The company added 997 new stores during FY26, including 804 company-owned company-operated (COCO) and 193 franchise-owned franchise-operated (FOFO) stores, expanding its Davaindia network to 2,579 stores nationwide. This marks the highest store addition in the pharma retail segment within a single financial year.
Additionally, Zota Health Care appointed Mr. Akshay Kumar as the brand ambassador for its ‘UGO Generic’ platform, operated through its subsidiary, M/s KMHP Ventures Limited. The platform aims to deliver affordable medicines across India through a hybrid B2B and B2C model.
The company also launched a new retail format, ‘All Day Stores’, offering a wide range of private label products across various categories. Zota Health Care increased its stake in Everyday Herbal Beauty Care Limited to 87.78% by acquiring 1,18,00,000 equity shares via a rights issue, investing ₹19.47 crore at ₹16.50 per share.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Ketan Kumar Zota, Chairman of Zota Health Care Limited, highlighted the company’s strong execution and expansion across its Davaindia network, along with increased customer footfalls and GMV. The company aims to reach 5,000 Davaindia stores by FY29.
