Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has formalised its acquisition of Dice Enterprises Private Limited by entering into multiple agreements on 13 May 2026. The company signed an Asset Purchase Agreement – Contracts, an Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, and an Asset Purchase Agreement – Software.
This development follows prior intimations and aligns with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The details of the acquisition were previously communicated in an earlier intimation dated 8 May 2026.
The agreements mark a significant step in Zaggle‘s strategic expansion, enhancing its capabilities through the acquisition of Dice Enterprises’ assets.
