Xcelerate Pte Ltd has acquired a strategic equity stake in Carisma Solutions Private Limited, strengthening its presence in the global compliance and assurance services space.
The acquisition aims to transform Carisma into a Global Compliance Center with enhanced data processing, analytics, and assurance capabilities. Xcelerate plans to expand operations into the BFSI and ESG data assurance segments across the EU and APAC regions.
Yogesh Bhura and Arjun Ramaraju have joined the Carisma Board as nominees of Xcelerate, alongside AGS Chaitanya and Porcko Pari. Advisors to the transaction included EY for financial and tax diligence, JSA Law for legal advisory to Xcelerate, and July Connect as the transaction advisor.
Xcelerate CEO Kv Ramanand highlighted Carisma’s expertise in value-added services and strong client relationships as pivotal to this strategic partnership.
