WeWork India Management Limited has announced a significant capacity expansion in Bengaluru, adding approximately 2,327 desks to its operations. This expansion is expected to be completed by June 2026 and involves an investment of ₹32 crore.
The company currently operates with 1,21,638 desks, maintaining a capacity utilisation of 83.90% as of December 31, 2025. The expansion will be financed through internal accruals and debt, aiming to meet the growing demand and enhance operational capacity in line with business growth.
