Welspun Enterprises has successfully completed the acquisition of a 20% equity stake in Welspun Corporate Services Limited (WCSL), previously known as Welspun Home Textiles Limited. This acquisition involved the purchase of 2,000 equity shares, each valued at ₹10, amounting to a total consideration of ₹20,000.

The acquisition was initially disclosed on 19 March 2026, and with its completion, WCSL has now become an associate company of Welspun Enterprises. This strategic move is expected to enhance the company’s portfolio and strengthen its position in the market.
