Vinyas Innovative Technologies has announced the receipt of significant purchase orders from both domestic and international clients, amounting to a total of ₹60.84 crore.
The company disclosed that it has secured a domestic order valued at ₹32.12 crore. This order is for the manufacture and supply of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), which is expected to be executed within a timeframe of 6 to 12 months. The order is part of the company’s ordinary course of business, and there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group companies in the entity awarding the contract.
In addition to the domestic order, Vinyas Innovative Technologies has also been awarded an international contract valued at ₹28.72 crore. Similar to the domestic order, this contract involves the manufacture and supply of PCBA. The execution period for this international order is set between 12 to 18 months. As with the domestic contract, this order is also part of the company’s regular business activities, and there is no related party transaction involved.
