V-Mart Retail has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a significant increase in revenue. The company’s total revenue from operations for the quarter ending 31 March 2026 stood at ₹971 crores, marking a 24% year-on-year growth compared to ₹780 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This growth reflects a robust performance in the retail sector.
The company also highlighted a same-store sales growth (SSSG) of 12% for the quarter, with V-Mart stores achieving a 12% growth and Unlimited stores recording a 9% increase. These figures are provisional and subject to review by the statutory auditors.
In terms of store operations, V-Mart Retail opened 29 new stores and closed 6 during the quarter, resulting in a net addition of 23 stores. As of 31 March 2026, the company operates a total of 577 stores. Notably, this fiscal year marks the highest ever store additions for the company, with 92 new stores opened and 12 closures.
The 29 new store openings include 11 in Uttar Pradesh, 4 in Tamil Nadu, 3 each in Bihar and West Bengal, 2 each in Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, and 1 each in Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand.
