Ucal Limited has recently informed the exchanges that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Blaer Motors Private Limited to work together to leverage their combined expertise and resources toward the design and development of electronic components for the Motor Controller with a power range of 500 to 2 Kilowatts, which will meet the needs of UCAL’s customers to expand market reach and synergising the competencies, resources of each other’s organisation.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “The MoU was signed by Mr. Ram Ramamurthy, Whole Time Director, Ucal Limited and Mr. Abinesh Ekambaram, Co-Founder & CEO, Blaer Motors Private Limited in the presence of Mr. B. Srinivasan, Chief Technical Officer and Mr. Girinarayanan, Head – Electronics, Ucal Limited. The partnership will envision and explore opportunities for collaborative product design and development on motor controller, focusing on identifying emerging market trends and consumer needs to innovate and develop electronic products that align with future market demands.”
