Tejas Networks has issued a notification to its shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends on equity shares for the financial year 2018-2019. The company has informed that dividends remaining unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years or more will be transferred to the (IEPF) as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Shareholders are advised to claim their unclaimed dividend amounts by contacting the company’s Registrar & Transfer Agent, Pvt. Ltd. The necessary documents, including a copy of the Client Master List for electronic shares or specific forms for physical shares, must be submitted to facilitate the claim process.

Tejas Networks has set a deadline of 10th August 2026 for shareholders to submit their claims. Failure to do so will result in the unclaimed dividend amounts being transferred to the IEPF. Additionally, shares associated with unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years will also be transferred to the IEPF.

Shareholders are urged to act promptly and provide the required information to ensure the payment of unclaimed dividends.
