Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with to revolutionise airline retailing and servicing. This collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation across the travel ecosystem, including airlines, airports, travel distribution, and hospitality.

TCS will develop the Service Center User Interface for Amadeus Nevio, a next-generation platform designed to modernise airline retailing. The new interface will be cloud-native and integrated within Amadeus Nevio, simplifying airline servicing and enabling advanced retailing capabilities. This development will provide airline customer service agents with a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) interface that integrates seamlessly with airlines’ contact centre ecosystems.

The partnership will leverage TCS’s expertise in AI, cloud, and data analytics, combined with Amadeus’ travel technology capabilities. This collaboration is expected to enhance operational agility and deliver personalised travel experiences. The Amadeus aims to improve first contact resolution, reduce handling time, and unlock new revenue opportunities through intelligent upselling and personalisation.
