Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the acquisition of ListEngage, a US-based Salesforce Summit Partner, marking a major move to bolster its Salesforce practice and expand its agentic AI capabilities.

The acquisition gives TCS a 100% stake in ListEngage, a full-stack Salesforce specialist known for its expertise in Marketing Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI advisory services. The deal will enhance TCS’ global Salesforce delivery capabilities and strengthen its position as a strategic Salesforce partner.

With the acquisition, over 100 Salesforce-certified professionals from ListEngage will join TCS’ Enterprise Solutions unit in the United States, adding more than 400 Salesforce certifications to its portfolio.

Aarthi Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer, TCS, said, “This acquisition is a key step in scaling our Salesforce capabilities globally. ListEngage’s AI advisory and Agentforce expertise will help us serve enterprise marketing stakeholders more effectively, while deepening our strategic relationship with Salesforce. We are delighted to welcome the ListEngage team to TCS.”

Altaf Shaikh, CEO of ListEngage, added, “By joining TCS, we are combining our Salesforce expertise with TCS’ global scale and deep industry knowledge. Together, we’ll redefine how enterprises harness Salesforce, powered by AI, data, and cloud innovation. This partnership opens a new chapter in delivering intelligent, outcome-driven customer experiences worldwide.”

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, ListEngage is a member of Salesforce’s Partner Advisory Boards for Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering personalized marketing solutions across the customer lifecycle.

Vikram Karakoti, Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at TCS, said the acquisition complements TCS’ existing strengths in customer experience and digital transformation. “With ListEngage’s expertise and market coverage, we will scale delivery and unlock efficiencies through our global delivery model, while ensuring continuity and excellence for all customers,” he said.

The acquisition reinforces TCS’ commitment to its North American market, its largest globally, where the company has operated for over five decades as a trusted technology and transformation partner.
