Talbros Automotive Components announced the resignation of Mr. Rajat Verma from his position as an Independent Director, effective immediately from 13th March 2026. The resignation is attributed to his other professional commitments.

Mr. Verma, who held the position of Independent Director, confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter. He expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to work with the board and wished the company continued success.
