Suzlon Energy has announced the resignation of Mr. Sairam Prasad, the CEO of Global Operations and Maintenance Services, effective from the close of business hours on 31st March 2026. Mr. Prasad, who is one of the Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) at Suzlon, has decided to step down due to personal reasons, specifically the need to relocate to Mumbai for family health concerns.
The company disclosed this development in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Prasad’s departure will mark the cessation of his role as CEO of Global Operations and Maintenance Services at Suzlon Energy.
In the regulatory filing, Suzlon Energy confirmed that Mr. Prasad is not related to any of the company’s directors, and his resignation is purely due to personal circumstances. The company has not announced a successor for Mr. Prasad’s position as of yet.
