Suprajit Engineering’s promoter, K. Ajith Kumar Rai, has acquired 10,000 shares, increasing his holding to 38,25,380 shares, representing 2.79% of the company’s total voting capital. The acquisition was executed through the open market on 13 March 2026.

The transaction, valued at ₹4,049,600, saw Rai’s shareholding rise from 2.78% to 2.79%. The shares of Suprajit Engineering are listed on both BSE and NSE. The acquisition was part of the promoter group’s ongoing investment in the company.
