Viviana Power Tech Limited has announced the signing of multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth Rs 2,448 crore with the Government of Gujarat on the opening day of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) 2025.
According to the company’s filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the agreements cover a wide scope of work including design, supply, and execution of substations, power transmission and distribution systems, renewable energy initiatives, smart grid upgrades, and transformer manufacturing. These projects aim to strengthen Gujarat’s clean energy and power infrastructure network.
A subsidiary of the company, Aarsh Transformers Private Limited, will contribute Rs 93 crore as part of the total project value. The agreements are expected to generate employment for over 2,000 people across the state, aligning with Gujarat’s focus on skill development and sustainable industrial growth.
Under the MoU, the Government of Gujarat will extend facilitation support by providing necessary permissions, approvals, and clearances from relevant departments as per the state’s policies and regulations.
Viviana Power Tech, headquartered in Vadodara, operates in EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects of power transmission and distribution systems up to 400 kV.
