Tera Software secures Rs 5049 crore advance work order for BharatNet Phase-3

Tera Software Ltd has recently announced that its consortium, led by ITI Ltd, has been awarded a significant advance work order (AWO) from the BharatNet project worth Rs. 5049 crore.

This order involves the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the Middle Mile Network across Himachal Pradesh (Package No. 8), West Bengal, and Andaman & Nicobar (Package No. 9).

BharatNet Phase-3 aims to provide internet connectivity to 250,000 Gram Panchayats. Tera Software has a proven track record, having previously worked on BharatNet Phase-1 in Andhra Pradesh and Phase-2 in Odisha, and is now advancing into Phase-3. This project aligns with the government’s vision to enhance digital infrastructure across India.
