Shradha Infraprojects subsidiary secures Rs 32.42 crore tourism development project in Tripura

Shradha Infraprojects Limited has announced a significant milestone in its infrastructure portfolio. Its subsidiary, Active Infrastructures Limited (formerly Active Infrastructures Private Limited), has partnered with Mecgale Pneumatics Private Limited to form Mecgale Active JV. The joint venture has successfully secured a prestigious project with The Tripura Tourism Development Corporation Limited (TTDCL).

The project focuses on upgrading visitor amenities, enhancing natural and built features, and reconstructing the Yatri Niwas at Chaturdash Devta Temple. Additionally, improvements will be made at Kasba Kalibari Temple to boost tourism and visitor experience. The total contract value stands at ₹32.42 crore, which is 15.17% above the estimated cost.

Awarded on March 25, 2025, and officially confirmed by TTDCL on March 26, this project highlights Mecgale Active JV’s expertise in executing large-scale tourism infrastructure developments. The agreement complies with SEBI’s disclosure regulations and follows the fair disclosure code for unpublished price-sensitive information.

With taxes, GST, and duties included in the pricing, the contract follows all necessary government deductions, including TDS. The project’s timeline will adhere to the conditions outlined in the tender documents.
