
Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited has bagged a major contract worth Rs 40.05 crore (including GST) for the construction of an additional building (expansion) for Muthiah Beverage and Confectionery Private Limited. The project is linked to Reliance Campa Cola’s beverage manufacturing facility in Mysuru, India.
The order includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey work, covering civil, pre-engineered building (PEB), mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and utilities-related works as specified by Muthiah Beverage. The project is scheduled for completion by August 2025.
This new order further boosts the company’s order book, now standing at Rs 940.94 crore (excluding GST), to be executed over the next 3 to 14 months.
Sathlokhar has confirmed that the order is from a domestic entity, and neither the promoters nor any group companies have a vested interest in Muthiah Beverage, making this a non-related party transaction.
