Chavda Infra Limited announced that it has secured a significant work order worth Rs 72.75 crore (excluding taxes) from Nirma Limited for the construction of a commercial building in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project, titled ‘Corporate House – Nirma Limited’, will be located in the Bodakdev area and includes construction work such as RCC, masonry, plaster, and other civil components.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the project is scheduled to be completed over a 24-month period. With this latest order, Chavda Infra has bagged contracts worth Rs 72.75 crore in the current financial year and Rs 291.73 crore in the current calendar year.
This addition takes the company’s total order book to Rs 1,378.53 crore, with an unexecuted order value of nearly Rs 797.82 crore as on date.
The company continues to strengthen its position in Gujarat’s infrastructure and commercial real estate development sector, having taken on multiple high-value contracts over the last year.
