Alpex Solar Limited has announced a significant commercial breakthrough by securing a prestigious domestic order worth Rs 380.52 crore (including GST) from a leading manufacturer. The project involves the supply of solar modules and is scheduled for completion by March 2026.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated, “We are glad to inform that our company, Alpex Solar Limited, has been awarded with a prestigious order for the supply of solar modules amounting to Rs 380.52 crore from a leading manufacturer.”
The order, classified as a commercial contract from a domestic entity, will be executed under the standard terms of the work order. Alpex clarified that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that this does not fall under related party transactions.
This development marks another major milestone in Alpex’s growth trajectory and highlights its expanding influence in India’s renewable energy sector. The company continues to play a key role in advancing solar infrastructure in the country, strengthening its position as a trusted solar module supplier and EPC solutions provider.
