Solar Plant Timeline Revised
The company has updated the tentative timeline for its 5000 KWP solar captive power plant due to changes in regulatory policies that delayed connectivity. The revised schedule is:

CEIG approval: by end of May 2025

Installation & commissioning: by end of July 2025

Post-commissioning approvals (GEDA, UGVCL, CEIG): by end of September 2025

MoU with Maheshwar Ispat Terminated
AUSL also announced the termination of its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maheshwar Ispat Pvt. Ltd., which was related to the manufacturing of TMT bars.
Reason for termination:
The company stated it has now achieved full utilization of its TMT bar production capacity, eliminating the need for the collaboration.
