Samvardhana Motherson International has announced that its management will participate in virtual one-on-one meetings with analysts and institutional investors on March 27, 2026. The meetings, organised by Avendus and Spark Institutional Equities, are scheduled to take place from 1200 hours to 1400 hours IST.

The company clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be disclosed during these interactions. The meetings aim to engage with investors and analysts, providing insights into the company’s operations and strategies. However, the schedule is subject to change due to potential exigencies involving either the investors or the company.

This announcement complies with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in conjunction with Part A of Schedule III to the Regulations.
