Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Kshore Biyani owned Future group faced a huge loss. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced to buy Future group’s retail, wholesle, logistics and Warehousing businesses with ₹ 24713 crore. This includes the debt of ₹ 12778 crore that the Future group had.

2) Zivame:-

It is an online lingerie brand founded by Richa Kar. Based on Bengaluru, this company has more than thirty retail stores and more than eight hundred partner stores across India. It had earned a handsome revenue of ₹ 140 crore in the precee fiscal year. According to Economic Times, Mukesh Ambani would buy this company this year with ₹ 1197 crore.

3) Urban Ladder:-

There is the high possibility of RIL to buy Urban Ladder this year. If everything goes according to plan, RIL will buy this online furniture selling platform with ₹ 224 Crore. It’s assumed that after buying, RIL would invest to develop new features of Urban Ladder.

4) Asteria Aerospace :-

It is an artificial intelligence and robotics company. RIL acquired its 51.78% share with ₹ 23.12 crore. Asteria Aerospace received the first drone license in India in 2019. RIL will enter the AI technology industry with this venture.

RIL bought this online medicine order and delivery platform with ₹ 620 Crore. According to Isha Ambani, this venture will help RIL to fulfill essential needs of people via digital mode.
