Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced robust financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026, delivering its strongest operational and financial performance to date. The company’s revenue reached an all-time high of ₹1,31,955 million, representing 71 per cent year-on-year growth, whilst profit after tax more than doubled to ₹13,119 million, up 112.8 per cent compared to the prior year.
Operational performance during FY26 remained exceptionally strong, with the company reporting sales of ₹3,00,245 million and collections of ₹1,85,146 million, underscoring continued customer demand and robust cash generation across its portfolio. EBITDA for the full year stood at ₹42,192 million, marking a 43 per cent increase year-on-year, whilst EBITDA margin improved to 31.97 per cent and PAT margin expanded to 9.94 per cent.
The final quarter of FY26 delivered particularly strong results, with revenue reaching ₹41,435 million, surging 161 per cent compared to the same period last year. Q4 profit after tax jumped 596 per cent to ₹2,972 million, whilst EBITDA climbed 85 per cent to ₹11,152 million. The quarter’s EBITDA margin stood at 26.91 per cent and PAT margin at 7.17 per cent.

The company highlighted continued momentum in its residential business whilst simultaneously expanding its footprint across commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Mr Razack added: “Backed by strong fundamentals, disciplined execution, and a diversified development portfolio, we remain focused on creating long-term value for all stakeholders.”
