Petronet LNG Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited on 18th March 2026 that it has addressed a non-compliance matter identified by the exchanges in relation to SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The company received notices from NSE on 27th February 2026 and BSE Limited on the same date regarding the non-compliance. Following these communications, Petronet LNG was required by the exchanges to place the matter and details of action taken before its Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting.
In response, the company’s Board of Directors convened and discussed the issue during its meeting held on 18th March 2026. The Board took note of the non-compliance matter and the subsequent actions taken by the exchanges, as directed under the SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026.
The company has now formally notified both exchanges of the Board’s consideration of the matter. Petronet LNG stated that comments made by the Board would be duly informed to the exchanges for dissemination, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
