Oriana Power has announced the receipt of three separate EPC orders, totalling ₹162.68 crore, for the establishment of solar power projects with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). These projects, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, will have a combined capacity of 32 MW of solar power and 20 MWh of BESS.
The contracts were awarded by three different entities: Kesari Alloys Private Limited, Ramayna Ispat Private Limited, and Duggar Fiber Private Limited. The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar power projects, along with Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of two years.
The EPC contract for Kesari Alloys Private Limited involves a 16 MW solar project with a 10 MWh BESS capacity, valued at ₹74.34 crore. The O&M contract for this project is valued at ₹50 lakh. Ramayna Ispat Private Limited and Duggar Fiber Private Limited have each awarded contracts for 8 MW solar projects with 5 MWh BESS capacities, each valued at ₹44.17 crore. The O&M contracts for these projects are valued at ₹25 lakh each.
These contracts are significant for Oriana Power as they represent a substantial addition to the company’s portfolio in the renewable energy sector. The projects are expected to enhance the company’s capabilities in delivering integrated solar power solutions with advanced storage technologies.
