Oracle Financial Services Software has announced the allotment of 5,929 equity shares to eligible employees as part of its Employee Stock Option Plan () 2014. The shares, each with a face value of ₹5, were approved for allotment by the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on 18 March 2026.

This move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to reward and incentivise its employees through stock options. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company, ensuring equal standing in all respects. Notably, no shares were allotted to the directors of the company in this tranche.

As a result of this allotment, the paid-up capital of has increased to ₹435,175,665. This capital is now divided into 87,035,133 equity shares, each maintaining the face value of ₹5.
