This announcement was made during a press conference at the project site, attended by Harmanpreet Kaur, Omaxe’s Managing Director , Business Head Avneet Soni, and Bentel Executive Director Biswabhushan Beura.

The Harmanpreet Kaur Stand, also known as the Pink Stand, is located in the North (Pavilion) Lower Bowl of the stadium and will feature over 1,500 seats. The stand is part of a 30,000-seater stadium, which is the centrepiece of The Omaxe State, an integrated sports and lifestyle destination spanning over 50 acres in Dwarka sector 19B. The project, with an investment of approximately ₹2,500 crore, is designed as India’s first 5-in-1 destination, combining sports, retail, hospitality, food, and social spaces. Developed in partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the stadium aims to serve as a major destination for the National Capital Region.

In a pioneering move in Indian cricket, the Harmanpreet Kaur Stand will include a dedicated Pink Stand, a welcoming space specially designed for women and families. This concept was developed in consultation with Harmanpreet Kaur, who also contributed to shaping better athlete-centric facilities within the stadium.

Omaxe had appointed Harmanpreet Kaur as its brand ambassador prior to India’s ICC Women’s World Cup triumph in 2025. This recognition also makes Ms. Kaur the first woman cricketer in India to have two stadium stands named after her, reflecting both her personal legacy and the growing stature of women’s cricket in the country.

At the press conference, Omaxe announced the involvement of over 25 consultants, both international and national, including International, which will serve as the architecture and interior consultant for the commercial, hotel, and club components at The Omaxe State.
