Oberoi Realty has announced significant growth in its gross booking value for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026, reaching ₹1,673 crore. This marks a substantial increase compared to the ₹836 crore recorded in the third quarter of the same fiscal year.
The company reported that during Q4FY26, it booked 229 units, a notable rise from the 130 units booked in Q3FY26 and 78 units in Q4FY25. The total carpet area booked in the fourth quarter was 3,57,552 square feet, which is an increase from the 1,86,054 square feet booked in the previous quarter and 1,37,321 square feet in the same quarter last year.
For the entire fiscal year 2026, Oberoi Realty‘s gross booking value amounted to ₹5,447 crore, surpassing the ₹5,281 crore achieved in FY25. The total number of units booked for FY26 was 698, compared to 929 units in FY25, while the total carpet area booked reached 11,47,557 square feet, slightly down from 12,83,796 square feet in the previous fiscal year.
These figures, although provisional, underscore Oberoi Realty’s robust performance and increased demand for its properties in the current fiscal year.
