Nucleus Software, a leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions, has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported consolidated revenues of ₹876.03 crore for FY 2025-26, showcasing its strong strategic and operational progress.
The company’s Q4 FY 2025-26 consolidated revenues stood at ₹224.77 crore, compared to ₹228.96 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 was ₹34.55 crore, down from ₹64.77 crore in Q4 FY 2024-25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹13.12, a decrease from ₹24.60 in the corresponding period last year.
On a standalone basis, Nucleus Software‘s Q4 FY 2025-26 revenues were ₹206.80 crore, compared to ₹212.91 crore in Q4 FY 2024-25. Standalone PAT was ₹33.45 crore, down from ₹63.20 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, with an EPS of ₹12.71 compared to ₹24.01 in Q4 FY 2024-25.
Throughout the year, Nucleus Software focused on AI-led innovation, platform agility, and operational transformation. The company celebrated 30 years of listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone in its history.
The company expanded its global engagements across regions including ASEAN, Japan, Africa, Australia, Europe, and North America. It continued to grow its FinnOne Neo® and FinnAxia® businesses, enhancing platform scalability and ecosystem readiness.
