NCC has announced the acquisition of five significant orders in March 2026, amounting to Rs 2,469.53 crore, excluding GST. The orders span across various divisions, with Rs 1,291.9 crore allocated to the Water Division, Rs 793.48 crore to the Buildings Division, and Rs 384.15 crore to the Transportation Division.
The company clarified that these orders were obtained in the regular course of business and exclude any internal orders. Furthermore, the promoters, promoter group, and group companies of NCC have no vested interest in the entities awarding these projects, ensuring that these transactions do not qualify as related party transactions.
