NCC has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Mr. Sisir K Mishra. Mr. Mishra, who also served as the Nodal Officer of the company, has decided to step down to pursue professional opportunities outside the organisation. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on 6th April 2026.
The company, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has communicated this development to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited. The formal announcement also includes the necessary details as required under the SEBI Master Circular on Listing Regulations.
Mr. Mishra has expressed his gratitude to the Chairman, Managing Director, Directors, and the management of NCC for their support and cooperation during his tenure. He has assured the company of his full cooperation to ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities.
NCC is currently in the process of identifying and appointing a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Mishra’s departure. The company has assured that it will inform the stock exchanges once the new appointment is made.
