MTAR Technologies Limited has announced the receipt of international purchase orders worth USD 238.76 million, equivalent to approximately ₹2,278.96 crore at an exchange rate of ₹95.50 per USD. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, the orders have been awarded by an international customer and are part of MTAR Technologies’ ongoing business relationship with its existing client. The company stated that the name of the customer cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality obligations.

The orders are in the nature of Blanket Purchase Orders and reinforce MTAR Technologies’ strong position in the global precision engineering and manufacturing sector. The execution timeline for the contracts will be decided at a later stage.

MTAR Technologies clarified that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contracts. The company also confirmed that the orders do not fall under related-party transactions.

The latest order win is expected to strengthen MTAR Technologies’ long-term revenue visibility and further expand its international business portfolio. The company has been actively catering to high-technology sectors including clean energy, aerospace, defence, and space applications.
