Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (Motherson), a global specialist in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Logistics (D.E.M.A.L.), has entered into a joint venture agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited (Hellmann), a major international logistics provider. The new joint venture, to be based in Dubai, aims to deliver integrated supply chain solutions tailored to the automotive industry worldwide.
The collaboration between Motherson and Hellmann is set to provide innovative, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions to address the evolving needs of the global automotive supply chain. By leveraging Hellmann’s extensive logistics network and technological capabilities alongside Motherson’s deep expertise in automotive supply chains, the partnership will offer access to over 30,000 global suppliers and established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) relationships. The joint venture is expected to enhance stability, predictability, and efficiency in global logistics operations and expenditure. Both companies are committed to achieving carbon net-zero targets and will utilise their combined expertise and technologies to support sustainability initiatives across the industry.
