Mercedes-Benz India has introduced the exclusive GLE and GLS ‘Night Edition’ SUVs in India, adding a bespoke design language and curated interior appointments to its highest-selling luxury SUV portfolio. The limited-series models are part of a global edition and will be offered in restricted volumes in India, underlining their exclusivity and collector appeal.
The GLE and GLS Night Editions receive a blacked-out exterior treatment and are available in two colour options — Alpine Grey and Obsidian Black. Alpine Grey is exclusive to the Night Edition series and is not offered on standard GLE or GLS variants.
The special editions also receive black Nappa leather upholstery, Anthracite open-pore oak wooden trim and a Head-Up Display as standard across both models. The GLE Night Edition additionally features AIRMATIC suspension as an enhancement over the standard GLE.

Mercedes-Benz India said the Night Editions cater to the increasing customer demand for exclusivity and personalization in luxury vehicles. Both SUVs feature darker styling cues combined with premium interior upgrades that are absent from standard variants.
The GLS Night Edition extends the limited-edition design philosophy to Mercedes-Benz India’s flagship luxury SUV, while the GLE Night Edition adds a sport-inspired aesthetic and enhanced ride comfort through AIRMATIC suspension.
The price of Night Edition GLS 450 is Rs. 1.41 crore (ex-showroom all-India), while the Night Edition GLS 450d is priced at Rs. 1.43 crore. The Night Edition GLE 300d is priced at Rs. 1.05 crore and the Night Edition GLE 450 at Rs. 1.14 crore (ex-showroom all-India).
