Max Financial Services has received approval from the Regional Director, Northern Region, Chandigarh, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to shift its registered office from the State of Punjab to the State of Haryana. The order, dated 17 February 2026, was received by the company on 24 March 2026 at 11.34 A.M. (IST). This move follows a special resolution passed by the company’s members at its 37th Annual General Meeting held on 18 September 2025.

The approval has been granted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Max Financial Services is currently in the process of filing necessary e-forms with the Registrar of Companies to facilitate this change. The company has committed to keeping the stock exchanges updated regarding the effective date of the registered office’s relocation.
