Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has unveiled its latest venture, Mahindra Rainforest, a premium mixed-use development located on LBS Marg, Kanjur, Mumbai. Spanning approximately 25.47 acres, the project is one of the largest in Mumbai’s central suburbs and aims to create an integrated lifestyle destination.
The first two residential phases of Mahindra Rainforest are projected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹3,000 crore. This development is set to redefine urban living by combining residential, commercial, and retail spaces within a single project. The residential township will feature 2 and 3 BHK premium residences designed for modern urban lifestyles, focusing on green spaces, community living, and sustainable design. Mahindra Lifespaces emphasises climate-responsive planning and enhanced quality of life, aligning with its philosophy of building ‘Homes of Positive Energy.’
